Lily Papas is a Melbourne born, Gold Coast raised singer/songwriter with a big “Lana del Ray” style. Lily has been recognised by some Australian music industry heavyweights as a rising star. 

The charming, creative and down to earth 23 year old comes with a serious performance gift. She can engage with the camera like a seasoned professional and plays guitar to accompany her tunes. 

These skills come naturally to her and have done so for a long time. Lily started performing at 10 years old to her family in the living room and has never stopped the pursuit of entertainer. 

For this video we had a simple brief of what we were trying to achieve.  Two moods. One blue scene, one red scene. Blue to showcase the subdued and introverted side of Lily. This scene depicts the moment Lily met her now long time BF in a club. She was trippin, does she hit him up or does she bounce? He is a good looking bastard who had swarms of babes by his side. Tricky business. 

Red to highlight the extroverted entertainer side, the vixen. The girl who would ultimately woo her man. This music video dances back and forth between these vibes in to the “merge’ moment of both personality’s towards the end with a final recap of moments to finish. It was an absolute pleasure to work with one of the Gold Coasts finest, Lily Papas.
